  The staff is very nice and they LOVE my 7 month old when I bring her in, smiling and dancing for her. It's so sweet! I've come a few times since it opened a month or so ago and my food is always hot, it comes in good time considering the how busy the place always is, and they make sure to check on you and make sure you're doing good no matter how busy and successful the night is. Service with a smile, for real!
  I gave it five stars still because it can't really be changed now, but I don't think they really took into account to amount of out of town traffic Litchfield gets when they decided the size of the store. It's very small, and almost no place to wait. They did add benches outside, but this is Illinois, so Illinois weather isn't going to be cooperative 70% of the time.

  The only reason I gave one star is because it's the lowest rating possible. Three visits now, and not once have I had a hot burger or a correct order. They'd rather jack ass around in back, laughing with each other. 30 minutes now and they still can't correct an order.
